Bouse-Town Expeditions: Seven Runs Ranked by Regret
by Bouse-Town Team9 min read
Bouse-Town expeditions currently range from the 10-minute Mending run to the four-hour Night construction site. Compare each timer, base risk, heat cost and possible return in the board below before you assign a crew.
The city is a resource. It just doesn't know it yet.
The values below come directly from the current expedition content pack. Bouse-Town uses seeded random streams so the same saved state resolves consistently. Each expedition definition supplies its timer, base loot, risk bounds, and global and district heat. If construction is the constraint on your next run, compare the current structures in the Bouse-Town construction guide.
Here is the full board, worst decisions last.
The board
| Run | Timer | Base risk | Heat (camp / district) | What comes home |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mending | 10 min | 7% | 25 / 35 | Coins, a few deposits |
| Deposit run | 30 min | 5% | 15 / 20 | Fixed configured return of 3–8 deposits |
| Bins | 45 min | 14% | 55 / 75 | Food, some scrap |
| Protest march | 1 h 30 | 18% | 90 / 60 | Food, cash |
| Scrap Run | 2 h | 26% | 115 / 150 | Fixed configured return of 5–12 scrap |
| Night construction site | 4 h | 28% | 100 / 140 | Fixed configured return of 8–18 scrap |
| Black market | 3 h | 30% | 140 / 180 | Serious cash, occasional trouble |
"Base risk" is exactly that — a base. Two things bend it, and you control both.

Methodology and review criteria
On July 22, 2026, we reproduced this table from the current expedition definitions used by the project, then checked each field against the in-game preview contract. The public Bouse-Town page supplies the first-party project context; this guide narrows that context to the expedition data below.
We used four review criteria:
- the configured duration;
- the base risk and its allowed bounds;
- global and district heat;
- fixed configured returns and chance-based loot separately.
We did not turn base risk into a final crew-specific probability. We did not infer a reward when the content pack lists only a chance. We also kept app-surface promises out of the guide because the expedition data does not prove notification or lock-screen behavior. This page therefore documents the current data snapshot rather than a future balance guarantee.
Endurance is armor
The expedition definitions include an endurance reduction and a minimum and maximum risk. Crew composition can move the final risk within those bounds, but the article does not turn that calculation into a promise about one named character.
The floor remains part of the calculation. Check the live preview instead of treating the base-risk column as your final odds.
District heat is the tax you forgot
Each expedition definition includes a district-heat divisor. Repeating work in a hot district can therefore change the risk preview.
Rotate districts. Momo calls it "diversifying the portfolio". The patrol calls it "harder to catch", which is the same thing in a different dialect.
Choose a run by constraint
Do not rank the seven expeditions by loot alone. Start with the constraint that can break your plan:
- Available time: choose a timer that fits when you can return.
- Needed resource: distinguish a fixed configured range from a possible secondary roll.
- Crew risk: read the live preview after you assign the crew.
- District heat: check whether repeating the same area changes the preview.
- Next purchase: connect the expected return to the exact construction stage you want.
For that final check, use the current Bouse-Town construction ledger. It lists the scrap, deposits and dirty money required by every current structure stage.
Notes from the field
Mending takes 10 minutes and its coin roll ranges from 80 centimes to 3.50 € when the configured chance succeeds. A separate deposit roll can also succeed. The source records both chances in basis points; the table above keeps the reader-facing summary compact.
Deposit run. This expedition focuses on deposits and carries food as a secondary possible result. Use it when your next listed building stage needs deposits.
Bins. This expedition can return food and scrap. Its district heat makes repeated use in one place a visible trade-off.
Protest march. This expedition unlocks after the opening camp level and can return food or dirty money. Its global heat exceeds its district heat.
Scrap Run. This expedition centers on scrap and can also return dirty money. Check the preview before assigning a crew.
Night construction site. This later expedition centers on a larger scrap range and can also return deposits. The content pack proves the timer and loot; this article makes no lock-screen or Dynamic Island promise.
Black market takes 3 hours and its dirty-money roll ranges from 6 € to 16 € when the configured chance succeeds. A separate merchandise roll may also succeed. It carries the largest heat values in the current expedition pack.
Read the live preview
The content pack supplies base values; the simulation combines them with the saved state. Read the live preview before you launch, and treat this page as a source-backed reference for the current pack rather than a guarantee about a future balance version.
Quick expedition questions
What is the shortest current Bouse-Town expedition?
Mending has the shortest configured timer at 10 minutes. Its base risk is 7%, but the live preview can change with the crew and saved state.
Which current expedition has the lowest base risk?
Deposit run lists the lowest base risk at 5%. Base risk does not replace the final preview, because crew endurance, risk bounds and district heat can change the result.
Which current expedition creates the most heat?
Black market lists the highest current global and district heat values, at 140 and 180. Compare those costs with its possible returns before you send a crew.
Do the listed loot ranges guarantee every reward?
No. The table distinguishes guaranteed returns from possible rolls. Read each field note and the live preview before you treat a result as expected.
Send them out. Live with it.
